In an effort to accommodate our customers and provide information needed to make current and future payments on time, we offer the following options:

1. To quickly obtain a copy of your bill and view other account information, please visit our Members Only website.  To sign up, click on the Register link on the Members Only site and have your Tax ID number and your latest bill in front of you. 

2. To register to make your payments electronically, use QuickPay, a free and convenient service to make your payment directly from your bank account. Click here to access a NCB QuickPay registration form and instructions.Note, this option will take 30 to 60 days to fully activate.

3. To wire your payment, contact your Customer Service Representative to request wiring instructions. If you do not know your representative, contact Judith Ledbetter, Loan Servicing Manager, at (703) 647-2344.

4. To mail your payment as usual, please follow the normal payment instructions, including your NCB/NCB Capital Impact account number on your check, and mail your payment as follows:
