As one of the most experienced NMTC allocatees, we have completed over 46 NMTC transactions totaling $409 million deployed to urban and rural areas from coast to coast.
These transactions have:
+ leveraged over $500 million in capital,
+ created or retained 5,699 jobs
+ created 1,015,000 square feet of community facilities space
+ supported 3,750 school seats for low-income children, and
+ provided services to 1,250,000 patients annually.
We serve community based organizations such as community health centers, charter schools, long-term care and small businesses.
